We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Rain or Shine assumes no liability or responsibility for credit card fraud. All account number information is collected via the latest SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") technology to insure your information is secure. We run all credit card numbers manually.

Our Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date in order to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We will never sell, trade, rent or divulge in any way your information to others. Your email address may be used to notify you of store promotions only.

Shipping
We ship by UPS and by the U.S. Postal Service via PRIORITY MAIL. All shipping costs will be paid by Rain or Shine for orders shipped within the continental United States. We are only shipping within the continental United States at this time.

Ordering
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are processed within 2 working days.

Order Confirmation
Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. Rain or Shine will deliver all merchandise listed on the order confirmation, unless you inform us of any changes (see below).

Change and / or Cancellation of Order
Customer must notify Rain or Shine within 24 hours of confirmation for any changes made to the order. After this time orders cannot be changed.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you've ordered is not in stock, it will be special ordered automatically and you will be notified immediately. We will let you know when the item is expected, and you have the option of canceling or changing your order, or waiting for the item to arrive. Your credit card is charged once Rain or Shine has ordered the item.

Return Policies
We accept all merchandise returns within 30 days from date on the shipping invoice for exchange store credit or money back. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and explain the reason for the return, by phone or e-mail. All returned items must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of items returned to Rain or Shine. After a returned item has been received, processing takes about 30 days. Sales of items ordered on "Special" are final and cannot be exchanged.

Claims
All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. Rain or Shine is not responsible for damage to goods which occurs in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser's responsibility to examine goods upon receipt and to file any claims with the carrier. Any goods considered for return must be in a restockable condition and in original packaging for any claim to be processed. We will not accept goods that have been mistreated or damaged. We will honor any reasonable return request.
